Apostle Islands Inline Marathon

The Marathon
3 loops on the 8.7 mile course

The Apostle Islands Races will be held on an 8.7 mile looped course of town roads & a county highway.  The marathon will be three laps of this course.  The course offers a scenic mix of flats, curves and straight-aways and extraordinary glimpses of the beautiful Lake Superior shoreline.  The course offers two hair pin turns, various curves and flats and skaters of all levels will be able to participate in this event.  The Fitness Rec Marathon is open to skaters 10 and older.

ALMT Half Marathon
(a little more than) 2 loops

The Apostle Islands Inline will offer the ALMT Half Marathon.  The ALMT Half Marathon will be two laps of this course.  ALMT Half Marathon registrants will not be allowed to drop to the fun skate after completing one lap of the course.  ALMT Half Marathon registrants who stop after one lap will not be included in the ALMT results.  The ALMT Half Marathon is open to skaters 10 and older.

The Mad Fun Skate
1 Loop

The Mad Fun Skate will take place after the marathon and half marathoners start.  The fun skate will consist of one loop of the 8.7 mile course.  The Mad Fun Skate is open to skaters 8 and older.
